SMS Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 21/09/2026

The Short Version

Texas Lending sends text messages through its toll-free messaging program. You may receive messages concerning a mortgage inquiry or application you initiated, including application processing, status updates, appointment coordination, document requests, next steps, and communication with a Texas Lending loan consultant.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, application activity, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You may also opt out by calling 800-346-8047, emailing info@texaslending.com, or writing to Texas Lending at the address below.

To request help, reply HELP or contact us using the information in the Customer Support section below.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, applying for a loan, obtaining a quote, or receiving assistance with a mortgage inquiry.

Texas Lending may use service providers to help deliver and administer this program on Texas Lending’s behalf. Boost Media Group may support Texas Lending’s marketing and technology operations, but Texas Lending-not Boost Media Group-is the company sending the text messages and operating this program.

1.1 What Messages You May Receive

If you separately consent to receive SMS messages, Texas Lending may send recurring automated text messages related to a mortgage inquiry or application that you initiated. These messages may include:

– responses to your inquiry;
– loan-application assistance and processing communications;
– application or loan-status updates;
– appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling information;
– document requests and reminders;
– next steps in the mortgage process; and
– communications from or on behalf of a Texas Lending loan consultant.

Message content and frequency depend on your inquiry or application activity and your communication preferences. Text messages are not a substitute for reviewing formal loan disclosures or speaking with a qualified Texas Lending representative.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in to the Texas Lending SMS Messaging Program by voluntarily selecting a separate, unchecked SMS-consent checkbox or otherwise providing express consent through a Texas Lending form or other approved channel that clearly identifies the text-message program.

The SMS-consent checkbox is optional. You may submit a mortgage inquiry, apply for a loan, request assistance, or receive other services from Texas Lending without consenting to SMS messages. Providing a telephone number alone does not constitute consent to receive recurring automated text messages.

The applicable consent language will be displayed next to the SMS-consent checkbox and will link directly to these SMS Terms and the Texas Lending Privacy Policy

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive messages when there is activity relating to your mortgage inquiry or application, such as a status update, appointment, document request, or next step. The number of messages may vary over time, and you may receive no messages during periods when there is no relevant activity.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you by Texas Lending and to messages you send to Texas Lending. Any charges are billed by and payable to your wireless provider. Texas Lending does not control mobile-carrier pricing or plan terms. Contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.

5. How to Stop Messages

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any Texas Lending text message. After receiving your STOP request, Texas Lending may send one text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After the confirmation message, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Texas Lending through this program, except as necessary to confirm or administer your opt-out.

You may also request that Texas Lending stop sending text messages by using any of these methods:

– Email: Send a request to info@texaslending.com with “Stop Text Messages” in the subject line.

– Phone: Call 800-346-8047 and ask to stop text messages.

– Mail: Send a written request to:

Network Funding, L.P. DBA Texas Lending4201 Spring Valley RD, Suite 1150Dallas, TX 75244

A request submitted by email, mail, or phone should include the mobile number associated with the request when reasonably possible so Texas Lending can identify the appropriate messaging record. Texas Lending will process opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law and its operational procedures.

If you later want to receive text messages again, you must provide new consent through an approved Texas Lending opt-in method. A prior opt-out will not be treated as consent to resume messages.

6. How to Get Help

For assistance with the messaging program, reply HELP to any Texas Lending text message. You may also contact Texas Lending directly:

Phone: 800-346-8047
Email: info@texaslending.com
Mail: Network Funding, L.P. DBA Texas Lending, 4201 Spring Valley RD, Suite 1150, Dallas, TX 75244

For questions about a mortgage inquiry or application, contact Texas Lending by phone or email rather than sending sensitive personal or financial information by text message.

7. Carriers and Message Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Do not rely on text messages for time-sensitive matters. If a matter is urgent, contact Texas Lending directly at 800-346-8047.

8. Privacy of Your Mobile Information

Texas Lending’s handling of mobile telephone numbers, SMS consent information, and other personal information is described in the Texas Lending Privacy Policy

Texas Lending does not sell or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Texas Lending may use service providers acting on its behalf to deliver messages, administer opt-outs, maintain consent records, prevent fraud, protect systems, and perform related operational functions. Those service providers may process information only as authorized to provide services to Texas Lending and may not use it for their own marketing purposes, subject to the final terms approved by Texas Lending’s corporate legal/compliance team.

9. Relationship to Other Terms

These SMS Terms govern the Texas Lending SMS Messaging Program and supplement the applicable Texas Lending Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these SMS Terms and the general Terms and Conditions regarding the SMS program, these SMS Terms control for the SMS-specific subject matter, subject to applicable law.

10. Changes to These SMS Terms

Texas Lending may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will identify the current version. If Texas Lending makes a material change to the SMS program or how consented mobile information is used, Texas Lending will provide notice as required by applicable law. Continued participation after an update will be handled in accordance with the revised terms and applicable consent requirements.
