Outstanding service from Kendra Silhan! If there were a \"6\" rating, she would get that from me! Kendra provided timely and ongoing communications about the status of my loan every step of the way. She was patient with my questions and always responded promptly to my inquiries, even after normal business hours. She was always courteous and professional, and went above and beyond to get answers when my funding was delayed due to an issue with FedEx delivery. She exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process! Like I said at the beginning, OUTSTANDING!
